Banquets - The air-conditioned dining hall accommodates 370 for banquets. The dining hall is equipped with 2 food service lines for fast, efficient and courteous service. All banquets will be served on white linen tablecloths with linen napkins.

BBQ - One feature that has become very popular with our conference groups is the lunch-time or dinner-time BBQ. Our food service department will prepare gourmet hamburgers, Shopsey's hot dogs, fresh corn-on-the-cob, a selection of summer salads, condiments, assorted beverages, and dessert. If you require something more substantial, a chicken and steak BBQ will delight any conference group.
